If the U.S. MNT is ranked #5 in the world, maybe NSR should consider ranking countries as well!  |

| It would be interesting to see how they come up with their rankings. There really are no head to head comparisons to go off of as most of the meetings are usually at the younger ages U20/U21 MNT or friendlies preparing for the World Cup. This may be a case where they actually do rank on rosters instead of results. |

The FIFA rankings are based on senior team international matches only, and it gives a whole lot of weight to the world cup games. I believe if you search on the FIFA site, it will actually explain it to you. |
